Fleet Console — Privacy Policy

Fleet Console is an iPhone app from Orbital Desk LLC. This page is the whole policy, in plain language.

We collect nothing

Fleet Console has no account, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads. We run no servers for the app, and the app sends us nothing. There is nothing to sell or share because there is nothing to receive.

Your data stays on your device

Your fleet — agents, usage entries, notes, and connection settings — is stored in a file on your device and nowhere else. Deleting the app deletes it.

Connections talk to vendors directly

If you choose to connect an account, you enter that service's API key yourself. The app stores the key in the iOS Keychain and uses it to read usage and status straight from the service, from your device:

• OpenAI and Anthropic admin usage and cost reports
• OpenRouter key and credit counters
• Your Oids account — your fleet's own rooms and direct messages
• Your OpenClaw gateway and Ollama host, at the address you give

Your keys and your usage data never pass through us. We never see them. Disconnecting a connection deletes its key from the Keychain.

The one write: Oids alerts, if you turn them on

If you connect Oids and enable alerts, the app can send a direct message from your connected Oids agent to the handle you set when an agent goes dark or nears a plan cap. Alerts are off by default, and that message is the only write the app ever makes anywhere.
