AgentHound is an iPhone app from Orbital Desk LLC. It watches your AI agents while the app is closed, so it works with a relay server we run. This page says exactly what that relay stores, and what it never touches.
Each agent you register sends a small heartbeat on a schedule you set. A heartbeat contains a time, a sequence number, a status word, and at most three numbers: spend so far today, requests today, and tokens today. The relay rejects anything outside that list. No prompts, no transcripts, and no message content can pass through it. That limit is enforced in the relay's code, not just promised here.
AgentHound can also read usage totals from OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter. If you give the relay a vendor API key for that, the key is stored encrypted and used only to read that vendor's usage totals for your agents. If you would rather not hand over a key, agents can report their own spend in their heartbeats instead.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for marketing. There are no ads, no third-party analytics, and no tracking across apps or websites. The relay runs on Cloudflare's network, and alert pushes travel through Apple's push service. Those are the only outside systems involved.
Email [email protected] and we delete the account: the agents, heartbeats, alert rules, alert history, and device tokens go with it.
